Come join the Comcast Spotlight team! We currently have an opening for an Account Executive in our Minnetonka, MN office.

Responsible for selling commercial time on several Comcast Spotlight products in the Twin Cities Area: 30 second spot, Comcast.net and Video On Demand.

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Successful candidate will be highly motivated, disciplined and well organized in this commissioned sales position. Responsibilities include new business development as well as servicing and growing existing accounts.
*Maintaining a professional image and obtain costumer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
*Soliciting new customers through telephone and in person presentations
*Adhering to all office policies, including recommended rates and packages
*Account executive must meet all pre-established company goals, monetary and otherwise.
*Must be detail oriented.
*Account executive is responsible for all facets of the customer-company relationship including, but not limited to, entering and overseeing advertising schedules and involvement in the creative process as well as presenting and collecting invoices.
*Adhering to Comcast collection and A/R procedures
*Accurately project and fill out all company budgeting and tracking documents for all advertisers.
* Attend and participate in sales meetings and other company assigned training sessions.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience
*One to three years cable, broadcast or media direct sales preferred
*Demonstrated sales skills and a proven track record.
*Excellent written and communication skills
*Proficient with computer software and technology
*Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
